About Border Cold Storage
Access Control and Security Cameras
Our facility will be access control, making it secure and safe for clients. This includes private access of dock doors and offices. Cameras in the cold unit, cargo dock, truck load area, and office will be viewable from your smart phone, even when you are away from the office.
Premium Office Space
Office space is located above your cold storage unit. Each office contains a conference room with a 9ft window and open floor space that allows you to set up to fit your staff's needs.
Refrigerated Cold Docks
Our refrigerated dock is held at 45 degrees.
Multiple Cold Rooms
Multiple cold rooms from 2,000-5,000sq. feet. Temperature can be kept between 32-60 degrees. Every 2,000sqft can hold 100 pallets.
Push Back Racking
Each unit will have push-back racking and selective racking. This will make it easier to keep track of your inventory. It will also make loading and unloading much more efficient.
Ample Drainage
We have installed efficient drainage in our facility, that will be easier to clean, hygienic and meet food safety standards.
Air Forced Cooling
Forced air cooling allows merchandise that comes in at elevated temperatures to cool down much faster to avoid further damage of product. Forced air cooling allows for a faster cooling time is energy efficient.
Truck Parking
Our facility sits on 11 fenced acres. We have the parking capacity for up to 90 trucks.
